Automatic Payments Terms and Conditions

1. Authorization for Recurring Payments: By enrolling in this recurring payment program, you authorize Heavenly Notes LLC to initiate recurring charges from your specified credit or debit card. The amount debited or charged will equal the outstanding balance on your account at the time of billing, as reflected in your Heavenly Notes LLC statement. Once your enrollment is processed, all payments will be automatically charged to the designated credit or debit card on the statement due date unless you terminate your authorization under these terms.

2. Compliance with Financial Institution Rules: You agree to abide by any rules set forth by your financial institution for pre-authorized electronic funds transfers or by your debit/credit card issuer for pre-authorized transactions. You are responsible for any fees your financial institution imposes related to the pre-authorized payment option.

3. Right to Terminate Authorization: You have the right to terminate your authorization for automatic payments at any time. To do so, log in to your account at HeavenlyNotes.cloud and follow the steps to deactivate automatic payments. Your termination will be effective immediately upon completion of this process.

4. Updating Payment Information: You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. Updates to your credit or debit card information can be made by logging in to your account at HeavenlyNotes.cloud. If your payment method is invalid or insufficient, and Heavenly Notes LLC cannot process your payment, you may incur applicable late fees, returned item charges, or other fees imposed by your financial institution. If payment is not received within 30 days and there has not been a heavenly departure, your account will be closed. To reinstate your account after closure, you must open a new account.

5. Ownership of Account You own your account and its contents until the time of your heavenly departure. This ownership is non-transferable. Upon your heavenly departure, Heavenly Notes LLC will assume custodianship/ownership of the account and its contents to act in accordance with your documented wishes, delivering your messages and fulfilling your specified instructions.

6. Access to Statements: Heavenly Notes LLC will provide your yearly statement online. You can access your statement by logging into your account at HeavenlyNotes.cloud and selecting "View Billing" under the Overview tab. You agree to review your statements and notify Heavenly Notes LLC of any errors or disputed charges at least 72 hours before the statement's due date.

7. Disclaimer of Liability: Heavenly Notes LLC shall not be held liable for any losses you may incur due to incorrect billing or delays in processing payments unless the negligence of Heavenly Notes LLC causes such errors. This includes but is not limited to, any delays in the debit of your account or charges to your credit card.

8. Changes to Terms or Termination of Program: Heavenly Notes LLC reserves the right to modify these terms or terminate the recurring payment program at any time. Any changes will be communicated through your statement or other reasonable methods, such as email or website notifications, with at least 30 days' notice.

9. No Modification of Other Agreements: These terms do not alter, amend, or replace any other terms, agreements, or policies related to your Heavenly Notes LLC account or services. You remain bound by any such agreements, which apply in addition to these terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, where Heavenly Notes LLC is incorporated. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
